Since 1983, Alan Senter has worked in construction fields.

He has worked with nearly every conceivable construction method and material used by mankind. Having worked on numerous new construction, remodeling and historical restoration projects, Alan has gained a diverse background in the field of construction.

Vicki Senter Lane has a mechanical, electrical, and construction background as well as many years of business administration and computer expertise creating an “eye” for details. She is fully trained and certified as a professional home inspector. With Vicki’s’ international management experience she helps keep us “up to speed” with current communications technology and organizational skills.

This varied experience in construction and business gives us knowledge of how homes are put together, and what helps keep them together. Starting an Inspection Company proves to be a good avenue for their experiences while providing a highly valuable service for their clients.

Together they provide the same care and attention to detail for every client whether they are buying conventional or alternative construction, first time home, an investment property, or 20,000 square foot luxury estate.
